ESG India Leadership Award for Leadership in Employment Quality: Tata Consultancy Services Limited

2. Their employee turnover of less than 8 percent.
3. Their entitlement to all employees for paternity leaves, which was availed by over 16,907 employees during 2020-21.
4. Their equal remuneration for men and women working full-time, in the same grade, in the same role, and at the same location.
